Beta agreement
By redeeming an invite and checking “I agree,” you accept this Beta Agreement (version beta-1) together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
As-is software. Palamo beta is pre-release software, provided as is and as available. It may break, change, or lose data. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service during beta.
Free period; no promise of free forever. Access included in this private beta is free, with no card on file for the free period. There is no promise the Service stays free after the free period. Before any paid conversion, Palamo will announce pricing and the effective date with reasonable advance notice. You will not be charged unless you affirmatively subscribe or authorize payment after that notice. See Terms — Beta access, pricing & conversion.
No outcome guarantees. Palamo is a studio for making and reviewing work. It does not guarantee followers, engagement, sales, or other business results.
Feedback and confidentiality. Feedback, ideas, and suggestions you send about the beta become Palamo’s to use without restriction or compensation. Keep non-public beta features, materials, and other participants’ information confidential unless we say otherwise in writing.
Revocation and data. We may revoke beta access at any time for misuse, security risk, or program changes. You may stop using the Service and request deletion as described in our Privacy Policy and data deletion page.
